About
My current project in BOREA Laboratory, University of Caen aims to understand gonadal ontogenesis, sex determination and differentiation in Elasmobranch. During my doctoral days in University of Calcutta my research interest was the application of plant extracts to produce monosex Nile tilapia in an environment friendly manner and characterization of the phytochemicals responsible for sex reversal and their mode of action.
