She is an experienced Professor with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry as Head of department, Dean, In charge of many departments like B.Tech. I year, Admission and Counseling, Chief Coordinator of Alumni Cell, Coordinator, Student Counseling Cell. She has been editor of institutes magazine SKIT Times and SKIT research Journal. She possesses Leadership skills, administration skills, analytical skills, attention to detail and decision-making skills, Problem solving skills, Academic Advising skills which is evident with her varied experience.
• Being Skilled in E-Learning, Lecturing, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, and Public Speaking, she has Strong education background with M.Sc., B.Ed., Ph.D. focused in Chemistry. She possesses many research papers published in journals of repute in her account. She has authored one book on Engineering Chemistry and two books on Environmental Engineering and disaster management. She has presented many papers in conferences and seminars too. She has also convened many conferences, symposium, Workshop, FDPs, and Student Induction Programmes.
