About

MS student with genuine enthusiasm about working in an area of research focusing on Cancer Biology, Epigenetics, Immunology, and NanoSciences, which can be explored as an option for the development of novel therapeutic strategies involving a combination of chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells, B cells, Tumor-Infiltrating immune cells, and Biological vesicles. which will provide the necessary co-stimulatory signals required for the activation and direct killing of cancer cells in vivo via CAR T cells mediated cytotoxic cell responses. The immune cells can be genetically modified with the controlled delivery and integration of desired signal genes with the help of CRISPR-Cas 9 technology. I have been working in different laboratories and have good hands-on practice in molecular biology, cell biology, genetics, mammalian cell culture, synthesis and isolation of nanoparticles, bioinformatics, system biology, computation skills, and biological techniques.
