About

I, Dr. Anamika Sahu (Ph.D., MPhil, M.A) is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Clinical Psychology, NIMHANS, Bengaluru Karnataka. I worked as Assistant Professor of Department of Clinical Psychology at Central Institute of Psychiatry and as a Clinical Psychologist at AIIMS New Delhi. I developed a Home-based Intervention for Indian children with Specific Learning Disorder. I received the Child and Adolescent Award 2021 for outstanding child and adolescent mental health work from the Indian Association of Clinical Psychologists. I am a Section Editor (Psychotherapy) of Indian journal of Psychological Medicine and reviewer in many journals. I published around 40 papers and book chapters, covering various aspects of psychological issues and management. I am also a member of many professional groups including Indian Association of Clinical Psychologists (IACP), Indian Association for Social Psychiatry (IASP) and Indian Association for Child and Adolescent Mental Health (IACAM).
