Professor of Management (HR and OB) at Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, Delhi, and Adjunct Professor at Edgewood College, Wisconsin.

A Gold Medalist in Psychology, UGC-NET qualified, and with a Doctorate in Organizational Behaviour from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, received numerous awards, including the Best Faculty Award and the Best Research Paper in National and International conferences.

A repertoire of publications, including 10 books and over 70 articles/research papers, recognized expert and PhD supervisor. Publications are allied with renowned international publishers such as Taylor and Francis, CRC Press, and Scopus

Also, A Volunteer Counselor in collaboration with various NGOs, providing free counseling services to those in need. Registered as a counselor with the Counselors Council of India (CCI), National Career Service (NCS), Ministry of Labour and Employment, India, and the Mental Health Innovation Network-WHO.
