About
Dr. S. Selvaraj has completed his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics at Kalaignar Karunanidhi Government Arts College (formerly known as Government Arts College), Tiruvannamalai. He pursued his Master of Science (M.Sc.) and completed his Ph.D. in Physics from Arignar Anna Government Arts College, Cheyyar. He has completed his Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.,) in Physical Science at Sri Renugambal College of Education, Polur, Tamil Nadu.
He has been in the teaching profession for about 3 years. In addition, he has held several administrative and eminent positions like Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) coordinator at St. Joseph College of Engineering, Chennai, SWAYAM – NPTEL - Single Point of Contact (SPOC), Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell Coordinator and also Class Coordinator at Indo – American College, Cheyyar, Tamil Nadu. He has published nearly about 35 research articles. He is acting as Associate Editor in the journal of “Bulletin of Scientific Research” since 2020. He is an active reviewer in Elsevier journals.
Dr. Selvaraj has been received many accolades in his glittering career from Annamalai University, St Peters Institute for Higher Education and Research (formerly known as St. Peter’s University) and Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT). He has organized a national conference entitled as “Impact of Physics in Medical and Environmental Research (iPhyMER-2020)” in 2020. He is an active participant in various national and international scientific events and presented his research findings in conferences, workshops. He is an active member in the “Indian SpectroPhysics Association (ISPA)”, “Raman International Optronics Society (RIOS)” and "Asian Research Association".
