About

After completing my high school, I felt that engineering would be the area which would give me the opportunity to learn and explore the fundamentals of Engineering and Science and applied to create technology for practical and real purposes. My strength have always been the power of imagination, strong analytical and reasonable thinking; which made me take up a discipline that would allow me to channel them in the best possible way. Thus, the Mechanical Engineering was a direct consequence of my convictions.
During the teaching of under graduate students, i acquire a strong background in the fundamental of Mechanical Engineering subjects like Engineering Mechanics and Engineering Drawing. It also has encouraged me to learn more and do for continue research related activities.
After the enrollment in Ph.D Program in IKGPTU Jalandharin the stream of Mechanical Engineering, I accelerated my research in the area of my Ph.D work. My PhD. Topic is “Evaluation of Total Productive Maintenance Strategies in Small & Medium Enterprises of India for Strategic Success”. As far as the publications are concerned, I have been focusing to publish my research papers in Peer Reviewed Journals of repute with good indexing like SCOPUS/SCI only. I have also extended my capabilities as reviewers in International Journals of Taylors & Francis, Emerald, Inder Science, Elsevier etc. To reinforce research atmosphere in the current organization. I have also published a book as Engineering Mechanics. I also have got the membership of various Professional bodies.
In the conducive atmosphere of premiere Organizations like yours, I will be able to explore my skills more so that I can synchronize my energy, experience and knowledge in the field of research and teaching for the betterment of students and the organization concerned.
