About

Dr. Nithin Mohan, a recipient of the Graduate Fellowship from the Department of Space (DOS), earned his Ph.D. from the Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (ISRO) in Trivandrum. His doctoral research focused on studying Venus' thermophysical properties through thermal emissions. With a Postdoctoral Fellowship from the Department of Atomic Energy, he pursued further research at the National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER) in Jatni, Odisha. There, he investigated Venus' highland emissivity using Magellan radar data, contributing to our understanding of the planet's surface evolution. Dr. Mohan has published three major papers in peer-reviewed journals and has presented his work at international conferences.

Dr. Mohan has extensive teaching experience in undergraduate physics, having served as an Assistant Professor at St. Thomas College, Thrissur, where he fostered an interactive and engaging learning environment. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Physics in the Department of Science at St. Xavier's College, Jaipur.

His technical expertise includes Python, Scikit-Learn (for machine learning), and TensorFlow (for deep learning), which he applies in machine learning projects in scientific research and algorithmic trading. In the field of trading, Dr. Mohan has developed tools such as a Python-based automated trading bot and a Candlestick Pattern Identifier using machine learning. He is also skilled in sophisticated data analysis tools.

Dr. Mohan is passionate about research, teaching, and learning new technology. With a strong commitment to practical applications, he aims to blend academic rigor with real-world problem-solving through physics, automation, and AI.
