Dr. Rais Ahmad is presently working as Professor in the Department of Applied Chemistry Aligarh Muslim University Aligarh. Dr. Ahmad has published more than 79 research articles in the journal of international repute. Dr. Ahmad has also reviewed more than 148 research articles in twenty different journals of elsevier, springer-Nature, American Chemical Society, Royal Society of Chemistry, Taylor and Francis and Bentham science. Dr. Ahmad has supervised 10 students for their Ph.D/M.Phil degrees and twenty eight students for their master thesis. Dr. Ahmad has contributed half a dozen of book chapters in the book published by international publishers. Dr. Ahmad is also serving as Editor-in-Chief, Editor, editorial board member and reviewer in a number of international journals. Dr. Ahmad name has also been cited in the world top 2% scientist from India in the subject domain and has been ranked 552 in world and 23 in India by Standford University, USA.
