Physical Therapist specialized in Orthopaedics with over 9 years of experience in clinical practice, academia, and research. I currently serve as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physiotherapy at RIPANS, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. I am a double university Gold Medalist, UGC-NET qualified, and a recipient of Junior and Senior Research Fellowships. My research interests include physiotherapy, rehabilitation, exercise science, and musculoskeletal health across general, geriatric, and athletic populations. I have published and presented 49+ research articles in national and international journals and conferences. My work focuses on evidence-based practice, high-quality research, and learner-centred education.
