About
I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Michigan State University working with Dr. Josh Vermaas. My research focuses on computational biophysics, membrane dynamics, small-molecule transport, and machine learning for structural biology and protein engineering. I earned my Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from IIT Gandhinagar and completed a research visit to ENS Lyon and CNRS in France. My work spans the development of computational algorithms for peptide and protein sequence-structure analysis and the integration of machine learning, protein language models, and multiscale molecular simulations to investigate biomolecular mechanisms and advance protein engineering. I have authored eleven peer-reviewed articles.
