About

Research is nothing but re-searching the facts of nature in new sense and with new utilities, which are already in existence in nature. Nature is ultimate creator. Being aspirant of new knowledge I have got interest in engineering and fabrications. The research award I acquired at post graduation level truly rewarded my efforts aspirations. Running after my ambitions I completed my M.Tech. in Agricultural Engineering. While following my youth dream of becoming Research Scientist I have almost come to the destination. I have secured admission for Ph.D in Food Engineering at NIFTEM through All India Entrance Exam. I also dream to represent my country in India Vision-2020 as guided by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Sir, Former President of India and a true researcher through every aspect. He with his inputs in Indian research during his tenure in DRDO has directed whole Indian youth to make country best in the world with Vision-2020.
It was the Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth where I had been seeded with tenderness of making commonweal of agriculture. I completed my bachelors from there. During my graduation I was happen to ask that being agriculture graduate how can I explore the Space Research through Food Processing, but been demoralized by my mentor. I chose myself at that time to owe efforts to research in food sector and to bring food processing sector to the zenith. Working then in marketing and sales division of TAFE Tractors in Gujrat, India immediately after graduation I learnt how to interact with people and how to make fruitful business from every interaction. It helped me improve my interpersonal skills. As and since I belong to agricultural family, I suppose myself blessed with closeness towards agricultural community. I wish to do my assignment worth helping Indian agriculture realistically.
At my post gradation studies I developed a gadget which is helping rural people in earning their own bread and butter through small scale industry. The continuous hot air puffing system (CHAPS) I developed has marked its utility in empowerment of rural people. It has also been filed for Indian Patent. The system is very useful in puffing of cereal based snacks. I wish to lead India to VISION 2020 by empowering villages, because as Mahatma Gandhi said, “Real India lives in villages”.
