About
I am currently engaged in translational cancer immunology research, with a focus on the interplay between obesity and immune surveillance in lung cancer. My work specifically investigates the characteristics and functional dynamics of Natural Killer (NK) cells in an obese lung cancer murine model. By exploring how metabolic dysregulation in obesity influences NK cell-mediated tumour immunity, I aim to contribute to the understanding of obesity-driven modulation of anti-tumour responses, with implications for therapeutic interventions.
