During my PhD, I conducted research on the 'Development of Bio Nanocomposite Films Based Upon Poultry Waste Gelatin and Their Application in Enhancing Shelf Life of Food Products.' My doctoral thesis, completed at Islamic University of Science and Technology, Awantipora, Kashmir, India in 2022, served as the foundation for several publications in highly reputed journals, contributing to the field of sustainable food packaging. Presently I am working as a Senior Research Fellow under the Indian Council of Medical Research project on Functional beverages. I have expertise in various innovative research ideas namely, Food Waste valorization, Sustainable packaging development, Edible films and coatings, Nano packaging, Food product development, Cereal technology etc. Additionally, I am working as a reviewer of various International journals.
