Dr. Biju A.V. is an Associate Professor at the University of Kerala, specializing in sustainable finance, behavioral economics, nudging, the crypto market, machine learning in finance, green finance, greenwashing, green bonds, sustainability reporting, and ESG. As a research supervisor in both the Faculty of Commerce and the Faculty of Management, he has successfully guided six PhD scholars and collaborates internationally with institutions such as Research Sans Frontières (RSF) in Dubai, Khalifa University, Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology, James Cook University, and the University of Wollongong, UAE, where he serves as a visiting faculty member. Currently, he is also engaging in teaching for the Executive MBA program at IIT Patna. Dr. Biju is an active reviewer for leading academic publishers, including Elsevier, Springer, Wiley, Inderscience, and IGI Global. His research has been published in A-category journals such as the Journal of Behavioural and Experimental Finance and Business Strategy and the Environment (BSE), along with reputed journals including CSR and Environmental Management, Journal of International Migration and Integration (JIMI), Employees’ Responsibilities and Rights Journal, Environmental Science and Pollution Research, Business Strategy and Development, Quality and Quantity, Asia Pacific Journal of Finance Studies, Digital Finance, and the International Journal of Human Capital and Information Technology Professional (IJHCIT). His work has been recognized with Best Paper Awards at prestigious conferences, including IIM Nagpur and NISM.
