About
Dr. E.J. Padma Malar has research interests in structure and bonding, intermolecular interactions, excited states, reaction mechanisms and molecular modelling. She has extensively applied semiempirical MO methods and ab initio quantum chemical techniques (including DFT and wave function methods) to understand the electronic structure and reactivity of organic and organometallic molecules and small peptides. Her recent research is focused on molecular clusters including amino acid clusters.
