Dr. Muduli is an academician, researcher, and consultant in the area of Human Resource Management. Currently, Dr. Muduli is associated with the B-School of Pandit Deendayal Energy University, Gujarat, India as a Professor in the HRM area. He has around 70 research publications, 2500+ Google Scholar citations, 800+ SCOPUS/Web of Science citations, and 8 Ph.D. Supervision and several funded research projects to his credit. He is the recipient of the Highest Citation Research Paper Award (2022) from Global Business and Organisational Excellence, Wiley Publication, US; the Best Research Paper Award by SPU, Gujarat(2021) and the Best Research Paper Award from Academy of HRD (2019). Dr. Muduli has been conducting Workshops, Faculty development programmes and training for faculty members and researchers
