About

I am a research-focused academic and more interested in strategic, HRM, and Project Management and insights research. I have published articles in the Management journals, which were recognized in reputed Journals and ranked by the International and local levels. For the last three years, I have been teaching and working several Management units in three state universities in Sri Lanka (the University of Colombo, University of Jaffna, and Open university centers). My teaching experience involves unit coordination, lecturing, and curriculum development. Importantly, I am eager to involve in research and development, along with teaching and learning. I am keener on doing Exploratory study and qualitative study and expertise in Multi-method study.
