About
Syed Abbas received his Master and PhD degrees from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, India in 2004 and 2009 respectively. He is currently working as Professor at Indian Institute of Technology Mandi, India. He has worked as a research associate at University of Fribourg, Switzerland during July-September 2009 and postdoctoral fellow at University of Bologna, Italy during June-August 2010 and May-July 2011. From November 2012 to December 2012, he was a Visiting Guest Scientists in the Department of Mathematics, TU Dresden, Germany. His main research interests are Delay Differential Equations, Almost periodic solutions, Neural Networks, Ecological Modeling. He is the author/ coauthor of around 100 journal papers appeared in the journals like Acta Appl. Math., Semigroup Forum, J. Math. Anal. Appl., Nonl. Anal.-TMA, RWA, HS., Nonlinear Dynamics, Comp. Math. with Appl and CNSNS etc. Apart from this, he is regular reviewer of Mathematical Reviews and Zentrablatt Math.
