About

Dr. Mamta Agrawal has been an associate professor in the School of Advanced Sciences and Languages, Mathematics Department, VIT Bhopal University, India since July 2017. She has around 17 years of teaching and Research Experience. Dr. Mamta Agrawal has an MSc (Mathematics), and MCA, and completed a Doctorate (Full-time fellow) from the Department of Mathematics Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, MANIT Bhopal. She also did her post-doctoral work from the MANIT Bhopal under the Kiran project scheme. She is a Women Scientist, WOS-A of the Department of Science and Technology, DST New Delhi, as a principal investigator. She also completed one collaborative Indo-Austria (DST-BMWF) project as a Co-Principal Investigator in MANIT and visited Austria for her research work. She also visited several countries to present papers and her research work including South Korea, Thailand, Austria, and Nepal. She has publications in several renowned International, National Scopus, and SCI journals. She is an editorial board member of many journals of which one is ISROSET and is also a reviewer of some journals. She conducted national and International Conferences, workshops, symposia, and guest lectures at VIT Bhopal University including one of the reputed International Conferences of Gwalior Academy of Mathematical Sciences (GAMS), and got funding from DST SERB as a Principal Investigator to organize this International Conference ICGAMS-2K19 at VIT Bhopal university. She is a member of many reputed professional bodies. She is a supervising PhD scholar in SASL, Mathematics Department VIT Bhopal University. Her research is in the area of Applied Mathematics and Computational Biology (Mathematical and computational Modelling of Heat and mass transfer in Human organs under normal and abnormal conditions like cancer).
