About
I am an experienced structural biologist and biochemist. I use the combination of X-ray crystallography, Cryo-electron microscopy, bioinformatics, and biochemistry methods to characterize large macromolecular complexes at atomic resolution. Such complexes are difficult to adequately study using only a single method.
Specialties: X-ray crystallography, electron microscopy, protein modeling, software scripting & programming, molecular biology, biochemistry, in vitro interaction studies, structural virology, teacher & trainer.
