I am an Electronics and Communication Engineering researcher specializing in tandem and perovskite-based solar cell technologies, with a strong focus on photovoltaic device optimization, advanced semiconductor simulations, and renewable energy systems. My research aims to enhance the efficiency and performance of next-generation photovoltaic devices through a combination of device modeling, materials engineering, and data-driven approaches.
My expertise includes semiconductor device simulation and materials analysis using SILVACO TCAD, Density Functional Theory (DFT), and SCAPS-1D, complemented by machine learning techniques for device optimization and predictive modeling. I am also experienced in project management, student mentorship, research collaboration, and interdisciplinary research, with a broader interest in developing innovative and sustainable solutions for renewable energy applications.
