About
Dr. Vikas Kumar Tyagi is an Associate Professor at Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS), Rohini, New Delhi. Previously, he served as Associate Professor at Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology (PIET) and also has two years of industry experience in addition to academia. He earned his PhD from the Central University of Himachal Pradesh as a UGC Senior Research Fellow (SRF). He holds an MBA from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), Delhi, and has completed certificate courses from the University of London, Wharton, the University of Pennsylvania, and Northwestern University. He has presented and published over 30 research papers in national and international conferences and journals. His research and teaching interests include strategic marketing, services marketing, and marketing research.
