Presently Director of National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTTR), Chandigarh an autonomous institute of MOE, Govt. of India. Also served as Vice Chancellor of BPUT, a technical University of Govt. of Odisha. A PhD in Engineering and had my postdoctoral research from University of Utah, USA with Prof.Om P Gandhi. Worked with Prof.Gianlucca Lazzi and C M Furse during post doc period. My areas are antennas for biomedical application, Softcomputing and Digitization of Education . 24 students have completed their PhD and 57 students their master degree thesis under my guidance.
