About
I have been always fascinated by interfaces of biology and chemistry. Motivated by the past project for designing mucus-penetrating nanoparticles to breach the mucus barrier and its application in the lung disorders like silicosis, I am looking more into translational aspects.
From my current and past researches, I have been skilled in cell-culture, conjugation and chemical reactions, protein purification and western, molecular biology, mice-experiments, biofilm formation. Besides have been performing experiments on instruments like AFM (Atomic Force Microscopy), NTA (Nanoparticle Tracking Analyzer), DLS (Dynamic Light Scattering), Flow Cytometry, Rheometer, Fluorescence microscopy.
