About
I am currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Bioscience and Biotechnology at Banasthali Vidyapith in Rajasthan, India. As a dedicated researcher and life member of the Indian Science Congress Association, the Nematological Society of India, and the Indian Society for Parasitology, I am deeply engaged in advancing our understanding of various biological systems.
My research focuses on the taxonomy of entomopathogenic nematodes and their symbiotic bacteria, along with bacterial metabolomics and the biological control of insect pests and disease vectors. Additionally, I am exploring the innovative application of insects in plastic degradation. I am also proud to lead an ICMR-funded project aimed at managing mosquito larvae using entomopathogenic nematodes, which is currently in progress.
