About
Dr. Santhosh Kumar Medishetti received his Ph.D. degree from VIT-AP University, Andhra Pradesh, India, in 2024. He is currently serving as a Senior Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at NNR Group of Institutions, Hyderabad, India. He is a member of the International Association of Engineers (IAENG) and the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), and a Senior Member of the European Alliance for Innovation (EAI). With more than six years of combined experience in research and teaching, Dr. Medishetti has established a strong academic and research profile in the field of distributed computing systems.
He has published over 100+ research articles in reputed international journals, conferences, book chapters, and patents, reflecting his consistent contributions to high-impact research. His Currently serving as editor for the Discover Computing SCI Journal published by Springer Nature. He is listed among the Top Scientists across the globe in “Task Scheduling in Cloud Computing” based on the Scopus database with one of the highest numbers of publications in this specialized research area. He is currently working on a cloud-based research project integrating Amazon Web Services (AWS) to develop scalable and intelligent computing solutions. In addition to his research activities, he actively serves as a reviewer for several prestigious national and international journals published by Elsevier, Springer, IEEE, Bentham Science, and World Scientific, including Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence, Expert Systems with Applications, Future Generation Computer Systems, Intelligent-Based Medicine, Results in Engineering, and Simulation Modelling Practice and Theory. His research interests primarily include cloud computing, fog computing, edge computing, and intelligent task scheduling using optimization and artificial intelligence techniques.
