Dr. Vinod Bhatt holds a Ph.D. in English Literature from Vikram University, Ujjain (2008), along with an M.Phil. (2003) and M.A. (2002) from the same university. He has also earned a second Ph.D. in Journalism and Mass Communication, reflecting his interdisciplinary expertise and commitment to advancing knowledge across diverse domains. With over 24 years of extensive teaching and administrative experience, Dr. Bhatt has contributed significantly to higher education through his work in Communication Skills, Professional Communication, International Communication, Soft Skills, Literature, Language and Society, Women’s Studies, and Training. He has successfully designed and developed several innovative curricula, aligning pedagogy with contemporary academic and industry needs. Dr. Bhatt has an outstanding research profile with 72 publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals, including 25 Scopus-indexed and 3 Web of Science papers. His contributions extend to 07 patents and 15 authored books, establishing him as a prolific researcher and writer. He has actively participated in over 48 national and international conferences, seminars, and workshops, often as an invited speaker, session chair, or resource person. He also plays an active role in academic publishing, serving as an editor and reviewer for 05 international journals. His international recognition includes invitations as a Conference Chair at prestigious institutions such as Amity University Dubai, as well as universities in Singapore and Malaysia. Two research scholars completed her Ph.D. under his supervision.
At present, Dr. Bhatt is serving as Associate Professor – Senior, School of Applied Sciences & Languages, VIT Bhopal University where he continues to mentor students, guide researchers, and contribute to academic excellence at both national and international levels.
