About
I am an experienced Life Science and Biotechnology professional having a Ph.D. in Biotechnology. I am trained in Life science research and experienced as an Academic Administrator having a diversified portfolio as Research Fellow, teaching assistantship, and research scholar with good experience in Research and Development, publications, scientific writing, managing trainees, and projects. I have professional fluency in English and Hindi and am well versed with the working knowledge of MS office tools. I have in-depth knowledge of research, its methodology, evaluation of research, and data analysis with a thematic understanding of solid waste treatment (especially fly ash) and its utilization in agriculture for a sustainable environment.
As an Individual, I am proactive and have an optimistic and problem-solving attitude. I have excellent planning and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced working environment. I have a very high level of involvement, engagement, and ownership of the work assigned to me. I have a flair to build quality relationships, strong interpersonal and convincing ability, and competency in handling teams. I have strong time management skills and the ability to compartmentalize and prioritize tasks with a willingness to travel for work. I consider myself a quick learner and team player, ready to take on new challenges and acclimatized to perform under pressure.
