o Dr. Rama Reddy Karri is a medical doctor and specialist in Psychiatry.
 MBBS with University Ranks and Gold medals and M.D. Psychiatry from prestigious NIMHANS.
o He was awarded Dr. BC Roy National Award, the highest award for Medical professionals in India.
 Received from Sri Pranab Mukherjee, the President of India
 The first and only psychiatrist from Telugu states to receive it since the inception of this award in 1962.
 Only six psychiatrists in India have received this award so far since 1962.
o He has been the first private psychiatrist for the neighboring four districts. since 1980. He has treated 1,43,500 new psychiatric cases.
