About
Dr. Avradeep Ganguly having more than 15 years of academic experience in Human Resource Management and have completed graduation in Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Tele communication Engineering. He has pursued Post Graduation in P.G.D.M. and MBA and pursuing Research in Human Resource Management from Adamas University, Barasat, Kolkata. He has done his Post Graduation Project from Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Pipeline Division, Mourigram. Presently, he is associated with School of Business, Adamas University, Barasat, Kolkata as Assistant Professor.
He has been Awarded Best Teacher Award from Mahsa University, Malaysia in association with Confab 360 during Global Innovation Excellence and Research Award in New Delhi on 14.07.2024, Dynamic Teacher of the Year Award in recognition of achievement during Education Icon Awards on 23.09.2023, Best Teacher Award from CARE Innovator Awards on 22.03.2023 during International Conference Forum ICGIM 2023 organized by Global Institute of Management, Best Faculty Award from “Scientific International Publishing House (SIPH) on 18.03.2023, Honorary Award received from Times of India on 25.02.2023, Teacher of the Year Award - 2022 by NSHM Knowledge Campus, Durgapur on 12.09.2022, Best Young Faculty Award by Nature Science Foundation, National Faculty Award 2022, ISO 9001:2015 & 14001: 2015, Ministry of MSME Registered Organization, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India on 15.09.2022.
