About

My interaction with wildlife began at a very young age when I saw wildlife in my village, Red foxes catching poultries and wolves (Shanku) Howls in winters. My interest in the species around me motivated me to join the field of conservation. Environmental conservation and economic development are two entities of the same coin. I'm interested to study climate change and how it affects Lepidoptera, especially Butterflies in the Himalayas.
