Dr. R K Tailor is Working as the Director, Chhatrapati Shahu Institute of Business Education and Research (CSIBER), Shivaji University, Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India. Before this, he was working with Manipal University Jaipur. He has been an expert in Robotic Process Automation and Robotic Accounting in India for the last 14 years and has developed more than 10 patents. He also served as a consultant in many education institutions, Universities, and business houses for the application and adoption of Robotic process automation. He has more than 20 years of experience in teaching and research. Dr. Tailor has published more than 150 books on the different areas of commerce and management and more than 60 research papers in reputed national and international journals. He is also actively associated with the Indian Commerce Association and Indian Accounting Association as an EC Member and has served as Associate editor in the Indian Journal of Accounting. Dr. Tailor is also associated with high-ranked International reputed publication houses as an editor, reviewer, and advisory board member such as Taylor & Francis, Springer, Elsevier, CRC Publications, IGI Global, Scientific Publications, etc. He has also chaired more than 6o National and International Conferences as Chief Guest, Chairperson, and Key Note speaker and resource person. He has also delivered his speech on robotic process automation at the International level Romania, Malaysia, Nepal, Dubai, Spain, Turkey, Poland, Hungary, and Ireland, to name a few. Dr. Tailor has received many awards and accolades from many national and international organizations. Recently, in April, Dr. Tailor was also awarded the Gold Ambassador Award from the UN Partner on Goal 5. Dr. Tailor is actively participating in research, and 8 students have been awarded Ph.D. under his guidance.
