Having more than 18 years of academic and Industrial experience in the field of Organic Synthesis & Medicinal Chemistry, Chemical Process Development spanning across route design, modifications and synthesis of bioactive molecules for human diseases. Significant contributions at drug discovery of novel therapeutics for neuropsychiatric disorders. I have expertise in designing of biologically active molecules and carrying out their synthesis by various classical methods as well as development of newer methodologies for organic preparations. Development of newer synthetic methodologies towards synthesis of biologically relevant small Heterocycles.

Good expertise in purification of organic compounds using crystallization, chromatographic techniques., As an author and co-author I have 32 national and international publications. Patents 4, Book Chapter -1.
