About
Monika Verma was born in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh in 1984. After obtaining her master degree in organic chemistry from Uttaranchal College of Science and Technology, Dehradun, in 2007, she completed her M.Phil (2008) under the supervision of Professor (Dr.) C. Baskar working on the phase transfer catalysis in synthetic organic chemistry. In 2018, she joined the research group of Dr. Renu sharma and Dr. Ruchi Bharti for her PhD. Currently, she is working on the one pot multicomponent synthesis of functionalize heterocycles and their biological activities.
