About
Myself Ashutosh Rai, Ph.D. (Applied Biochemistry) from Department of Biochemistry, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India. Prior to my current assignment at ICAR-IIVR, Varanasi, I worked with BUAT- Banda as Assistant Professor (Biochemistry), IRRI- South Asia Regional Center, Varanasi as Senior Project Associate and National Post Doctoral Fellow under DST-SERB at ICAR-IIVR, Varanasi. Including these, I have more than fifteen years of experience in plant biology particularly in abiotic stress biology (Biochemistry, plant physiology and molecular biology with some basics of plant breeding). Reviewing for several journals and Academic Editor of Journal of Food Biochemistry. Open to collaborate for science, specially food quality and preference.
