About

Dr. Brajesh Kumar Tiwari is an Associate Professor at Atal Bihar Vajpayee School of Management and Entrepreneurship; Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Having an experience of over 16 years in teaching / research in the field of Management & Commerce discipline and close to 12 years of administrative experience, Dr. Brajesh completed his studies (Undergraduate, Post Graduate and Ph. D.) at the prestigious Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He has also been awarded U.G.C Post-Doctoral Fellow.
He contributed a lot both in the Academic field and Profession by writing valuable and considerable Articles, Books, Monographs in a great number of Journals and Magazines of International repute. He is a regular contributor in leading publications like – The Hindu, Financial Express, Times of India, Economic Times, ABP News, Aajtak, The Tribune, The Hindu Business line, Deacon Herald, The Quint, Business Today, Outlook, Outlook Money, news9, Business World, Fortune India, BW Education, The Pioneer, Dainik Jagran, Amar Ujala, Hindustan, Jansatta, Punjab Keshari etc. His Ph.D thesis has been highly appreciated by Shri M Narasimham (Former RBI Governor/ father of banking reforms in India).
His research paper has also been cited by World Bank as reference material on Indian Economy. A committed academician and dedicated writer, He holds 51 research paper publications in reputed International (Foreign based/SCI/ABDC) & National Journals, authored three international books from USA, Germany, and four national books and has five-chapter contributions in edited books to his research basket. During his Ph.D he got UGC Research fellowship. He
presented various papers in International Conferences and Seminars held in Thailand, Nepal, China and Singapore. He has been nominated as Member of Research Degree Committee (RDC) and Board of Studies of various Institutes of India. He has suggested the Finance Ministry on the policy matter for effective Bank mergers.
