After completion of BE(Mech.) and MBA in Marketing and Finance joined Steel Authority of India Ltd. (SAIL) in their Central Marketing Organization(CMO) in the year 1996. Still continuing with this Organization. However much interested towards Agro-based Entrepreneurship and Industries, for which now pursuing research on Agri-field from GIET University, Gunupur, Odisha, India. Research is based on "the effect of Entrepreneurial Orientation on firm outcomes among Agripreneures of Odisha".
