Srinivasulu AVIRENI was born in Thurimella, (A.P), India. He received the B.Tech degree in electronics and communication engineering (e.c.e) from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati in 1986, M.E, degree in power electronics engineering from Gulbarga University, Gulbarga in 1991, M.S, degree in software systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani in 1998 and Ph.D, degree in e.c.e (VLSI Design) from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, India in 2010. He worked as a Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Reader, Associate Professor in the department of e.c.e, K.S.R.M. College of Engineering, Kadapa; Defence University Engineering College, Ethiopia; Kigali Institute of Science, Technology & Management, Rwanda; Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi; Dean (R&D) and Professor of e.c.e, Vignan's University, Vadlamudi, Guntur; Dean (Academics and R&D) and Professor of ece, JECRC University, Jaipur, India and worked as a Pro Vice-Chancellor, K.R. Mangalam University, Gurugram, India, and at present working as Dean (Research & Innovation), Mohan Babu University, Tirupati since Aug 2023. He has 36 years of teaching and 20 years of research experience (including teaching). He has published over 200 articles in international journals and international conference proceedings.
