She graduated in Physiotherapy from Manipal and completed her Master’s from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, Karnataka in Pediatric Physiotherapy. She further completed her M.B.A in Healthcare Services and acquire her Ph.D. from Amity Business School, Amity University Noida. She has keen interest in research and innovation and has published over 30 research papers in peer reviewed indexed journals which include database like SCOPUS. She has authored chapters in the field of healthcare services in National and International Books and is the author of Copyright questionnaire in the field of healthcare marketing.
