About
Dr. Ravi Rawat is a distinguished academician specializing in medicinal chemistry and pharmacoinformatics. He obtained his Ph.D. from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra and M. S. in medicinal chemistry from National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Mohali where he focused on development of novel Nitrogen-fused heterocycles molecules with anti-malarial and anti-cancer activities. His expertise lies in utilizing various computational tools and techniques to analyze drug-target interactions and optimize drug efficacy. He has received National Doctoral Fellowship with some other achievements as: recipient of 10+ honours and awards (including holding APTI Young Researcher Award, Top 10% Teacher Award, best speaker and poster presenter); successfully completed multiple research projects; published research in 50+ scientific journals; qualified national level exams and research grants (GPAT, NIPER-JEE, AICTE-NDF, RPS-NDF). He is life member of Indian Society of Chemists and Biologists (ISCB), Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI) and International Association of Academic Plus Corporate (IAAC). He wants to contribute in the integration of cutting-edge AI and data science-driven methodologies to expedite drug development, thus contributing to the advancement of healthcare.
