About
I am very passionate about biomedical research. My area of focus is in oxidative stress, chronic diseases, from basic to advanced screening. My research interests aimed towards the fundamental questions on molecular markers that link early detection and prevention of vascular injuries. I have developed strong interests in carcinogenesis, toxicology and environmental health in the evolution of human biomonitoring. I approach through the realm of analytical biochemistry, translational biology and cytogenetics to decipher how metabolic perturbation can lead to organ damage. I seek to develop bio-markers that play an vital role in diagnosis and prognosis through non-invasive sampling techniques, whilst maximizing the quality of life.
