About
I am Dr. Vinay Kumar Mehra, an assistant professor at Department of Biosciences, Manipal University Jaipur , With a Ph.D. in Animal Biotechnology from the ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal, where my research focused on CRISPR/Cas9-mediated gene editing. Stem Cell, Genetic Engineering using CRISPR, In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), cell and molecular biology, animal cell culture, microbiology, and proteomics are among my areas of expertise. I have spearheaded significant research on COVID-19, malaria, and probiotics from camel milk, which has produced several papers and presentations at international conferences. Acknowledged with esteemed fellowships like the CSIR-JRF, DBT_JRF and ICMR-JRF , I am committed to propelling biosciences via inventive research and motivational teaching.
