About
I am a Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. Prior to this, I served as an Assistant Professor at IIT Mandi. I received my Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada, an M.Sc. from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada, and a B.Tech. from the National Institute of Advanced Manufacturing Technology (NIAMT), Ranchi, India. I have also held research positions as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge, USA (2008–2010), and as a Research Associate at Princess Margaret Hospital, University Health Network, Toronto, Canada (2010–2011).
