About

Dr. Gitanjali Upadhaya is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Central University of Himachal Pradesh. She has a teaching and research experience of 12 years in the field of HRM&OB. Prior to this, she has worked as an Assistant Professor in DAV College, Chandigarh and Government College, Mohali (Punjab). During her academic career, she has published 13 research papers in reputed journals of international and national repute. She has presented papers in various international and national conferences. She has been awarded Best Paper Award in two international conferences and one national conference. She has supervised three Ph. D scholars and is supervising three research scholars. She has also attended numerous faculty development programs and workshops. Her thrust areas for research include entrepreneurship, leadership, and spirituality at workplace. Her future goals include training people for improving their soft-skills for enhancing their personality and inter-personal behaviour.
