About
I completed my bachelor's and Master’s in Microbiology from Michael Madhusudan Memorial College (KNU) and Tripura Central University respectively. I qualified for the AICE ICAR-JRF 2020 Exam with an AIR 28 in Microbiology. I also qualified GATE 2025 Lifescience (XL) exam. I have 2 years of wet lab research experience after finishing my master's from the National Institute of Animal Biotechnology (NIAB), Hyderabad, and Malviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT), Jaipur, India. At MNIT, I worked as a JRF on a DST-WTI project on wastewater treatment using an anaerobic fluidized bed membrane bioreactor. Currently, my Ph.D. research focuses on In-silico approaches for understanding and limiting AMR in nosocomial or HA infections (especially clinically relevant 'WHO prioritized' pathogens).
