About
Vivek Soni is a faculty member (Assistant Professor) at the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi, since January 2023. He earned his full-time Ph.D. (Modeling Energy Security of India), awarded from the Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi (2016), and holds a Master's in Technology (2010) from the same institute and Business Administration (2020) from IGNOU, and a Bachelor of Technology from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (NIT) Allahabad (2004). He learned regulations at the European University Institute in Italy. His Indian-centric, qualitative framework and quantification models, as well as cutting-edge research that reflects and universalizes the elements of creativity, comprehensiveness, and inclusive character of both research, Indian knowledge systems, and areas of public services and reforms, His publications included a broad spectrum of reputed international and national journals such as the International Journal of Management Education, Resources Policy, Journal of Business Research, The Indian Journal of Public Administration, Transforming Government: People, Process and Policy, and others. He is a dynamic and knowledge-sharing member of the All-India Management Association (AIMA), New Delhi, a Fellow grade member of the Institution of Engineers (India) Kolkata, a lifetime capacity builder for the Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi, and a change-making agent as a certified Intendent Director by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India.
