I am a PhD-qualified physical therapist, specialized in Musculoskeletal Sciences, with a focus on evidence-based rehabilitation. My doctoral research explored recovery after total knee arthroplasty in individuals with knee osteoarthritis, advancing understanding of functional outcomes and optimized care. I am passionate about musculoskeletal research and evidence synthesis, including systematic and scoping reviews and meta-analyses, and I actively engage in multidisciplinary projects to translate evidence into practice.
