I am a computational biologist with a multidisciplinary background that includes biomolecular modeling, bioactive peptides, drug design, and non-covalent interactions. My research approach is highly interdisciplinary, encompassing a diverse array of techniques and methodologies. These include cutting-edge quantum chemistry calculations, all-atom and coarse-grained simulations, bioinformatics analyses, a and harnessing the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning. Currently, I am involved in unraveling the molecular mechanisms bioactive peptides and developing the generative artificial intelligence model.
