Harish Chandra Arora is presently affiliated with CSIR-Central Building Research Institute, Roorkee, India as Principal Scientist in Structural Engineering Group. He obtained the Doctoral degree in Structural Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee, India in 2017. He has more than 28 years of R&D experience in the field of structural engineering. His research interests include distress diagnosis, repair and rehabilitation of corroded structures, structural analysis & design, seismic evaluation of RC structures, retrofitting and strengthening of structures with external composites FRP and FRCM and machine learning applications in structural engineering. His research works have been credited in national as well as international journals. He has supervised more than 100 students for Bachelor of Technology and Master of Technology programs and also supervising research scholars pursuing doctoral research programs at CSIR-Central Building Research Institute, Roorkee, India.
